Shipping / Handling
- Orders are shipped via EMS（overseas) and Post Office Parcel (within Japan) during business days, excluding holidays. If for any reason, the orders cannot be shipped on time, our customer service will send you an email notification.
- Currently, we ship the following countries:
- International orders may incur custom duties and you are responsible for any custom duties incurred upon delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
